Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make any changes or cancellations, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations. Once delivered, orders are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the product.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders ship the day after they are processed. We do not ship on weekends.
